3.1 Phillip Lim accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged merchandise with all original tags attached within 30 days of the delivery date. Please note that final sale items and select accessories are ineligible for return or exchange.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Pack Your Items

Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact to qualify for a refund.

Attach the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and retain your tracking receipt; refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
